Other amendments proposed in the draft bill

(i) the substitution in clause 4 (5) of "to be

questioned" for "give evidence".

(ii) The substitution of "are you willing to be questioned about this matter" for "are you willing to give evidence on your own behalf" in question 8

Form 2 of the Schedule.

This meets the point raised in the second

paragraph of the letter from the Chief Justice.

(iii) the substitution of "discharge" for

"discharged" in clause 12, proviso.
